I love good food and I love to cook. Recipes are in abundance, but I found it hard to actually learn how to cook by using them. Knowing recipes is surely a part of it, but the techniques and general understanding of flavors, ingredients and chemical processes are what enables to create new and exciting dishes and that - to me at least - makes cooking so much more fun.
Good food takes time and effort, there's no free lunch, but that's okay. I hope to inspire you to up your cooking game with some of the lessons I've learned during my culinary journey.
